Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Ember Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
