Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Greenridge Willow Medical designs and makes medical devices in Louisville, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
