Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Clearpath Drift Foods produces packaged foods at its Pittsburgh plant, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
