Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Westbrook Meadow Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
