Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Westbrook Bright Manufacturing is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
