Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Rook Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
