Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Rivermark Iron Auto Group Partners serves drivers and dealerships across the Knoxville region, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Service hours are steady. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and service appointments. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with service appointments. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
