Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Lumen Vista Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
