Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Timber Medical and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We reply to every applicant.
