Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Summit Junction Auto Group Partners is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
