Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Redstone Vale Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 45 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
