Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Amberfield Timber Medical Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for clinical evaluations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 209 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
