Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Vale Manufacturing Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
