Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Westbrook Bright Press is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and bindery work. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with bindery work. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
