Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Clearpath Corner Pharma Partners is a pharmaceutical company in Buffalo producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
