Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Bridge Farms Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Seasons are busy and the rest of the year is for planning. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with harvest schedules. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
