Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Iron Manufacturing and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lines. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
