Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Cedar Amber Medical Group is a Charleston company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
