Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Summit Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
