Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Highbridge Loom Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Tulsa, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
