Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Clear Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. We are a family-run business at heart. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
