Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Clearpath Sable Press is a printer and publisher in San Diego serving local and national clients, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
