Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Greenridge Cross Foods is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for production batches, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
