Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Northwind Kestrel Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Tampa producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory filings. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory filings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
