Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Press and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and paper stock. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with paper stock. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
