Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Harborlight North Pharma Partners develops and makes medicines in St. Louis. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and batch records. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
