Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Redstone Willow Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Dallas, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and device records. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
