Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Harborlight Ivory Foods is a Charlotte food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
