Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Clearpath Haven Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Orlando, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
