Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Lumen Vista Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
