Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Fernwood Summit Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Hartford producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
