Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Willow Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and warranty claims. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Albuquerque. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
