Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Fernwood Cross Foods Partners is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for ingredient orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and ingredient orders. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
