Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Clearpath Summit Manufacturing is a Minneapolis manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and tooling. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
