Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Ironwood Thistle Medical Partners designs and makes medical devices in Dallas. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and regulatory submissions. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
