Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Fernwood Iron Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Miami, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
