Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Westbrook Vale Press Group is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for proofing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Report daily on output, downtime and proofing. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with proofing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
