Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Umber Farms and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and harvest schedules. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
