Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Glen Foods Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 849 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and cold storage. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
