Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Summit Auto Group and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 82 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and parts orders. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
