Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Greenridge North Medical is looking for a Production Supervisor. The job centres on shift supervision for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and training materials. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
