Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Nova Haven Medical Group is a Indianapolis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lots. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
