Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Lumen Ashton Foods is a Houston food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of about 826 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and production batches. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
