Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Wilder Pharma and adding a Production Supervisor whose main responsibility will be shift supervision. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical studies. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
