Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Greenridge Ember Manufacturing is a Birmingham manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Report daily on output, downtime and production lines. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. • Comfort with production metrics. Nice to have • Experience with production lines. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
