Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Lumen Wilder Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Oakland. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Report daily on output, downtime and complaint handling. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with complaint handling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
