Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Westbrook River Press Group is a printer and publisher in Madison serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and print quotes. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with print quotes. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
