Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Bright Orchard Farms supplies farm and food customers across the Knoxville region, and we need a Production Supervisor to lead our shift supervision. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and grower contracts. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. • Firm, fair and calm. Nice to have • Experience with grower contracts. • Lean or Six Sigma training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
