Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Fernwood Pike Medical is a New Orleans company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Report daily on output, downtime and clinical evaluations. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
