Production Supervisor - shift supervision (remote)

Clearpath Iron Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around San Antonio. We are hiring a Production Supervisor to take on shift supervision. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Coach and train team members and handle attendance. • Work with maintenance and planning to reduce delays. • Run a shift, assign work and keep production on plan. • Keep safety, hygiene and quality standards visible and followed. • Report daily on output, downtime and release testing. What we are looking for • Comfort with production metrics. • Firm, fair and calm. • Two or more years in a supervisory or lead role. Nice to have • Lean or Six Sigma training. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
